1 Introduction
1.1 These Terms of Service (Terms) are an agreement between DP24 Ltd (us), the owners of kissocracy.com (the Site) and you for the dating site service we provide.
1.2 When you sign up to the Site you will be agreeing to these Terms.
1.3 We reserve the right to amend these Terms from time to time and you will be notified that they have been amended by email.
1.4 If you do not agree to these Terms then you cannot use this Site.
2 The Service
2.1 The service we provide includes but is not limited to that of allowing you to publish a profile on the Site describing yourself with text and a photo, browse the profiles of other users and send and receive messages to and from other users.
2.2 Although many of the services on the Site are free, others may require a subscription. Full details, including methods of payment, can be found on the page displayed at the time of payment.
2.3 We reserve the right at any time and without notice to

- suspend our service
- terminate our service
- edit or delete your profile
- delete your messages
- suspend or terminate your access to the Site
3 Your Certification
3.1 You are over 18 years of age.
3.2 The information which you supply to us for your profile is true, accurate and up to date.
3.3 You will not use this Site in order to advertise or promote products or services.
3.4 You will not use this Site to send spam.
3.5 You will not use this site in a manner that may cause offence to other users.
3.6 You will not allow another person to use this Site by virtue of making available to them your signing in details.
3.7 You will not include in your profile or in messages you send to other users any information which is contrary to any law.
3.8 You will not have more than one profile at any one time.
3.9 You will not access or attempt to access the accounts of other users and you will not hack or attempt to hack our security systems.
3.10 You will not impersonate another user or person.
3.11 You will not include in your profile any information that would facilitate contact with other users.
3.12 You will not include your membership status (whether you have a subscription or not) of the Site in your profile.
3.13 You own the copyright to text and photographs you include in your profile and you assign that copyright to us.
3.14 You will not copy or publish any information included in the Site.
3.15 You accept that if you disclose personal information in your profile or in messages you send to other users then you do so entirely at your own risk.
3.16 You accept that if you arrange to meet anyone through this Site then you do so entirely at your own risk.
4 Limitation of Liability
4.1 We do not guarantee that the information on the Site supplied by other users will be free of errors.
4.2 We do not guarantee any results from our service.
4.3 We do not guarantee that the Site will be available and fully operational at all times.
4.4 You agree to indemnify us from any claim arising from your breach of these Terms or your conduct whilst using the Site.
4.5 We will not be liable to you for any damages arising in connection with your use of the Site.
5 Termination
5.1 Either you or we can terminate your membership at any time for any reason.
5.2 You can terminate your membership by clicking on the LEAVE link after signing in to the Site. If you choose to terminate your subscription before a subscription period expires, you will not receive a refund for the unexpired period.
5.3 No refunds will be paid by us where your membership is terminated by us as a consequence of your breach of these Terms.
6 Jurisdiction
6.1 These Terms shall be governed by English law and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
6.2 If any part of these Terms are found to be unenforceable by law then the remainder shall still apply.
